Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

The short version: download your photos and share them with friends, family and on social media for personal use. Please credit @nick_londal_photography when you post. Don't sell them or use them commercially without permission.

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of londal.co and the photos available on it, which are provided by Nicholas Londal, doing business as Nick Londal Photography ("we", "us"). By using the site or downloading photos, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Access codes

Galleries are private and can be opened only with an access code. Codes are meant for the athletes, families and teams they were given to. Please don't post codes publicly. We may change or disable a code at any time, for example if it has been widely shared.

3. Copyright

All photos are the work of Nicholas Londal, who owns the copyright in them. Downloading a photo gives you a license to use it, as described below; it does not transfer ownership of the photo or its copyright.

4. What you can do

For photos in a gallery you were given access to, you may, for personal, non-commercial purposes:

download, keep and print them;
share them with friends and family;
post them on your personal social-media accounts. Please tag or credit @nick_londal_photography;
use them in personal recruiting profiles and highlight materials;
crop them or make minor edits for these uses.

5. What you can't do

Without our written permission, you may not:

sell, license or otherwise distribute the photos for money;
use them in advertising, merchandise, or for any business, brand or sponsor;
claim the photos as your own work or remove copyright or credit information from them;
use them to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
use them in a way that is defamatory or misleading, or that misrepresents the people pictured;
try to get around access codes or download galleries you weren't given access to.

Teams, schools, media outlets and businesses that want to use photos should email nick@londal.co about licensing.

6. Removal requests

If you are pictured, or are the parent or guardian of someone who is, and would like a photo removed from a gallery, email nick@londal.co and we'll remove it promptly.

7. Availability

We try to keep galleries available, but we don't guarantee how long any gallery or photo will remain online. Please download the photos you want to keep. We may update, suspend or discontinue the site at any time.

8. No warranty

The site and photos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicholas Londal and Nick Londal Photography are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or photos. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the photos involved.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
